Carmel-by-the-Sea	Carmel-by-the-Sea, as it is often called, is one of the most desirable places to live on the Monterey Peninsula. It has a quaint small town charm and a European feel, yet it has everything one would need.
Carmel Valley	Carmel Valley is two worlds in one. It provides the solitude of the countryside, yet it is very near the town of Carmel and its beaches.
Carmel Highlands	Simply because of its clean beaches and relative remoteness, the Carmel Highlands is one of the most beautiful areas in the county.
Monterey	Monterey is the focal point of the Central Coast and home to the largest marine sanctuary in the country and to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Monterey is an integral part of California history. It was the first capitol of California and Cannery Row was the inspiration for John Steinbeck's famous novel of the same name.
Del Rey Oaks	This small community adjoins Monterey and Seaside and is known for it's sunny location and convenient proximity to shopping, dining and the county's beaches.
Monterey-Salinas Highway (Highway 68)	This highway connects Monterey and Salinas. There are many communities along this corridor. Among them are exclusive "Bay Ridge", the new "Pasadera" golf community, and "Markham Ranch", to name a few.
Pebble Beach	Pebble Beach continues to rate #1 in many areas. The town was recently rated #1 in tourist destinations in California and the Inn at Spanish Bay was rated the #1 Resort in the World. The yearly AT&T golf tournament and the Concourse D'Elegance, both held in Pebble Beach, are also rated among the best and most prestigious events in their fields. Is it any wonder people want to live here year round?
